Thank you for enquiring regarding a function at The Orchard. We can do all styles of functions from corporate to casual parties with a side VIP entrance to our function room. Other options are, we can partition off areas in the hotel to create a more intimate space or if you need the room we can allocate the entire floor space to you.
There is no room hire fee but a minimum spend is required, regarding what area of the hotel you are in.
We have a variety of function rooms available.

The Function Room

The function room is a rectangular shaped room, located behind the Terrace Bar with toilet facilities close by.
This room can hold up to 60 seated guests or 80 standing guests. The room can be set up in a variety of ways to suit your tailored needs.
This room is ideal for business meetings or conferences. We have breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack menu and canapé menu options available.

At The Orchard we are happy to accommodate your needs for your function. If you wish to have buffet style service or wait staff service the decision is yours.
Buffet style service; the wait staff will bring out your platters of food and place them sporadically on tables located throughout your area.
Wait service; the wait staff will offer the canapés directly to your guests. (Please note; a surcharge could apply)
Table service; for sit down meals and boardroom snacks.

The Orchard offers you great casual good old Aussie BBQ offering juicy steaks, delicious sausage lamb/chicken, beef satay, bbq pork spare ribs with a selection of seasonal salads. We use the freshest seasonal fruit and vegetables. You won’t be left hungry, choice of 3 meats.

We do a variety of set menus and banquets our prices start from $20 per head for one main meal. We can give you our selection of entrée, mains and desserts that you can put together yourself. We are very flexible and you can have a free consultation with our chef to discuss the options to suit your taste and budget.
